Frank Thielen – CEO
My name is Frank Thielen, and I am the founder and CEO of SoccerXP. Born in 1959 and raised in Saarbrücken, I began my professional career in sales, where I gained experience across various industries over many years. Through positions at renowned companies such as Deutsche Olivetti and Integral Datentechnik, and later as a managing director in industrial and manufacturing technology, I acquired comprehensive knowledge in establishing and managing business units. My solid training as a business administrator and graduate in public finance has given me a strong foundation in business management, which I apply daily in my work at SoccerXP.
Sports have always been a passion of mine, and eventually, that passion merged with my calling in event management. In 2008, I founded SoccerXP to combine my love of soccer with my expertise in sales and management. Since then, I have dedicated myself to creating extraordinary sporting events that prioritize innovation and precision. As CEO, I lead our team with the clear goal of not only creating sporting highlights but also offering brands and companies a unique platform.
What drives me is my passion for sports and the joy of creating customized events that leave a lasting impression. I pour my heart into every event, and I’m proud to have worked with an amazing team to make SoccerXP what it is today—a company that brings together sports and business at the highest level.
Arian Thielen – COO
My name is Arian Thielen. I was born in Saarbrücken in 1998, and soccer has played a central role in my life since I was a teenager. I realized early on that I didn’t just want to be active on the field, but also wanted to make a difference behind the scenes. That’s why, after graduating from high school, I decided to study International Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing, a degree I successfully completed at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Management and Leadership there to further deepen my knowledge.
During my studies and through my work-and-travel experiences in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, I not only developed language skills but also came to appreciate the importance of cost-effectiveness, global thinking, and intercultural exchange. These experiences shape my approach to my daily work at SoccerXP.
My passion for sports, especially soccer, inspired me to help build SoccerXP—a company that focuses on innovative event solutions and takes sporting events to the next level. I love coming up with creative ideas and making sure our clients get the most out of their events. For me, it’s not just a job, but an opportunity to combine my passion for sports and entrepreneurship while constantly breaking new, innovative ground in the sports sector.
